MST135 Semiconductor sensing series NH4 Sensor gas sensor
MST135 gas-sensitive material used by the gas sensor is tin dioxide (SnO2), which has
a low conductivity in clean air. When detecting gas exists in the environment of the sensor,
the conductivity of the sensor increases with the increase of ammonia concentration in the
air. The change in conductivity can be converted into an output signal corresponding to the
concentration of the gas by using a simple circuit.
