Adopts Aoma Intelligent's self-developed 5th generation Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic (LTCC) micro FID. It features a detection range of 0-50,000 ppm with ppb-level detection precision covering a wide range. The exclusive DBC intelligent control algorithm ensures carrier gas flow stability ≤1%. In environments with 0-95% RH humidity and -20℃ to +60℃ temperature, the FID combustion is stable and does not easily extinguish, maintaining stable output. Baseline drift is controlled within ±5%/8h (±3% at room temperature), far exceeding the industry standard of ±10%. Whether for trace screening in the early stages of VOC leakage (e.g., 0.1 ppm level benzene series) or sudden high-concentration scenarios (e.g., oil gas above 10,000 ppm), precise measurement within a ±2% range can be achieved across the full range.
